Monica Smith is a dynamic leader and founder who brings more than 20 years of management, financial, accounting, business and and non-profit experience to Re-Imagine Ontario. Monica has held various senior roles in including roles with Not-For-Profits, Banking and Insurance. She has created strong partnerships within both the not-for-profit and financial sectors and adds tremendous value to the organizations that she serves.

Monica is part-time consultant at Syndicare Impact and was previously Director at Links2Care, Consultant/Senior Analyst at TD Bank, Senior Accountant at ICICI Bank Canada, and Analyst at Bank of Montreal. Monica is previous board chair of Re-Imagine Ontario.

Monica is a Certified Professional Accountant in Ontario, also holds a Certified Public Accountant’s designation out of Delaware USA and a Bachelor of Management Studies. She’s pursuing her MBA.
