Our programs are designed to target vulnerable communities, with most programs designed primarily for vulnerable individuals within the Black and Indigenous Communities. We are initially offering three programs, and hope to keep growing and changing lives. These programs are, a mental health support program, a mentoring program, and in-home care program. We invite everyone to connect with us as we fulfil our mission.

COMMUNITY PROGRAMS

Re-Imagine Ontario

Kids & Youth Network - Mentoring Programs

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with the challenges of resources gaps in education in many racialized communities. Our Group Mentoring Programs that take place in community recreation centres and/or classrooms,  provide children and youth an opportunity to interface directly with educators and role models within their communities. This provides them with real-time help with homework, first hand insight & tips on how to navigate some of life's challenges, help with  their studies, and how to plan for the future.
